Donna M. (Roman) Record McMichael, 58, of Wesley Street, Stillwater, ended her walk here on earth on Saturday, May 28th, 2016. Her sudden death shocking all that knew and loved her.

She was born August 30, 1957 in Wilkes-Barre to Earl T. and Gertrude (Rosencrans) Roman. She and her husband, Gerald, would have celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary on June 30th.

Donna attended the Northwest Area Schools and after completing business courses at Kings College began working at the Bloomsburg Hospital, remaining there for 35 years.

She had a passion for antiquing at flea markets and yard sales. She had a very good eye for this using knowledge she gained from her father and a creative heart. As a member of the Stillwater Borough Park Commission she was responsible for organizing the annual flea market held there for many years.

Donna was a strong woman that would do anything she could for friends and family. Enduring knee pain, she spent the last few years making their house in Stillwater a warm and comfortable home for her husband and her mother who lived with them.

Surviving, in addition to her husband are her son, Robert M. Record, of Stillwater; her mother, Gertrude and her brother, Patrick E. Roman, of Sweet Valley.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Thomas Roman on July 6, 1995; a sister, Cynthia Laubach on June 15, 1985 and a sister-in-law, Valentina Roman on December 5, 2012.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 4th, 2016 at 2 PM at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., 4394 Red Rock Road, Benton (S. R. 487) with Rev. Dr. David A. Mansfield, her Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Stillwater Cemetery. A Viewing will be held Friday evening from 6 to 8 at McMichael's.
