Paul H. (Kessler) "Mikey" Kesslander, 73, of Upper Raven Creek Road, Benton, died early Tuesday morning, July 18, 2017 at his home.

Born November 18, 1943 in Bloomsburg, he was a son of the late Harold and Pauline (Seybert) Kessler. 

Mr. Kesslander was a graduate of Berwick High School and Wilkes University.

He worked as a general manager of a trucking company until his retirement.

He was a member of the Faith United Church of Christ in Hazleton and was also a member of the Northeast Traffic Club of Wilkes-Barre.

His hobbies included gardening, baking, traveling, spending time with family and especially with his puppy dog, "Rebbie". 

Surviving, are his husband, John R. Kesslander; two daughters:  Michelle Robbins and her husband, Steven, of Berwick; Patty Mitchell and her husband, Joseph, of Benton; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren and two brothers and two sisters.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ellen Seybert.

Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 21, 2017 at 11 AM at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 1000 Orange Street, Berwick, with the Rev. Laura King, officiating.  There will be a Visitation from 10:30 AM until the time of the service at the Church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the family to help defray expenses or to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, NY, NY   10004.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., Benton.    For online condolences or for additional information, please visit our website:  www.mcmichaelfuneralhome.com
