Beverly J. (Walton) Shultz, 73, of rural Stillwater, died Friday, February 22, 2019 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
Born December 29, 1945 in Presque Isle, Maine, she was a daughter of the late Delma "Ted" Walton and Thelma (Hughes) Walton. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Benjamin Rodger Shultz, on June 19, 2018.
Mrs. Shultz was an accomplished spackler and was employed by various modular home manufacturers and contractors as well as being self employed. She also reupholstered furniture and assisted her husband with the operation of the family campground, "Wanna Ruf It Campground" in rural Stillwater.
Her hobbies included camping, crafts, playing cards and bowling. She had also hunted with her husband in her younger years.
Surviving are her two children: Judy Shultz Brown and her husband, Bruce, of Berwick; Benjamin Rodger Shultz and his wife, Julie, of Stillwater; six grandchildren: Bruce Brown, Jeromie Brown, Michael Brown, Kristina Brown, Olivia Shultz, Logan Houk; two great grandchildren: Benjamin Brown and Ella Delessio; two brothers: Raymond Walton and his wife, Louise; Michael Anderson and his wife, Nancy; three sisters: Linda Long and her husband, Joel; Marie Letourneau and her husband, Bob; and Joanne Anderson and her husband, Bill; as well as an aunt, Shirley Miller, all of Maine.
Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 11 AM at Pine Grove Cemetery, Walnut Street, Berwick, with the Rev. R. Christian Dunlap, officiating. A luncheon follows the graveside service at the Summerhill Fire Hall. Arrangements are under the direction of the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., Benton.
