Linda R. (Ressler) Heim, 69, of  Clover Lane, Stillwater, died Tuesday evening, October 10, 2017 at her home. 

Born February 8, 1948 in Sunbury, she was a daughter of the late Elmer A. and Ethelmae (Hixson) Ressler.  She and her husband, Ronald A. Heim, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on September 8th.

Mrs. Heim attended the Sunbury High School and had worked as a nurses aid for the Columbia County Aging Office.

She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Benton.

Her hobbies included quilting and crafts.  She enjoyed being a homemaker and especially enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, Ronald, are her four children:  Michelle Lamoreaux and her husband, Raymond, of Berwick; Renee Thomas and her husband, Richard, of Waller; Todd Graybill and his wife, Penny, of Pottsgrove and Ryan Heim, of Stillwater.  Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren ; four siblings:  Carmen Campbell and her husband, Frederick, of Sunbury; Ronald George Ressler and his wife, Judy, of Sunbury, Edward Ressler, of Sunbury and Janet Downs and her husband, John, of Harrisburg.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by six siblings:  Robert Gulick, Earl Ressler, Larry "Elmer" Ressler, Susan Hoyles, Gale Ressler and Claire Bauman.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 13th, 2017 at 11 A. M. at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., 4394 Red Rock Road, Benton (S. R. 487)  with the Rev. Paul S. Moseley, Sr., her Pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held Friday from 10 AM until the time of the Service at McMichael's.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Bible Baptist Church of Benton, 250 Shickshinny Road, Benton, PA 17814.
