I’m sorry that a bad case of the flu kept me from attending Bob’s service, but his friends and family will probably be glad that I didn’t infect them with my nasty disease.
Bob was an amazing guy, and I’m so glad that I got the opportunity to know him. I doubt if he realized what a positive force he was in so many people’s lives. He definitely was in mine, and his spirit will remain with me forever. I’ll never forget him, that’s for sure.
Speaking of positive forces, Nancy was Bob’s positive force, his guardian angel. She took great care of him and made him happy. Thanks, Nancy.
Bob had a sort of indomitable spirit and cheerfulness that made him a pleasure to be with. I had many great talks with him and will miss his stories and his mischievous grin. It was a gift and an honor to know him.
