Beth R. (Hartman) Rupert

Beth R. (Hartman) Rupert, 65, of rural Nescopeck, died early Saturday morning, July 26, 2025 at Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Danville.

Born August 19, 1959 in Berwick, she was a daughter of the late Zane L. Hartman, who died April 27, 2005 and Barbara L. (Martin) Hartman, who died December 1, 2024.  She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Jeff Blaine and by her second husband, Richard A. Rupert on June 10, 2016.

Beth was a 1978 graduate of Benton High School. She had worked for the ribbon factory in Berwick for many years and for Bonham Nursing Center years ago. In her younger years, she loved to babysit and was a camp counselor at Loyalsock and was a member of the local  4-H group.  The nieces and nephews always looked forward to a special treat from Aunt Beth at holiday get-togethers.

Surviving are her daughters: Topanga Rupert, Rachel Rupert and Ashley Rupert Harer; a grandson, David; her siblings:  Madelyn Bonham and her husband, Steve, of Red Rock; Kathy Wilson and her husband, Richard, of Huntington Mills; ; Mary Ann Bankes and her husband, Keith, of Stillwater; Daniel Hartman and his wife, Cathy, of Benton and Vicki Zeitler and her husband, Robert, of Abbeville, SC.  Also surviving are numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Private Graveside services will be held at Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in  her memory to the family to help defray final expenses and sent to:  Kathy Wilson, 363 Waterton Road, Shickshinny, PA 18655.
