Carl R. Brayley, 72, died late Saturday evening, May 25th, 2024 at Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Berwick.
Born March 16, 1952 in Batavia, New York, he was a son of the late Erferd C. Brayley and Ethel F. (Warfield) Brayley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Harriet (Knouse) Brayley, who died in December 2007.
Carl graduated from High School in New York and faithfully served his country in the U. S. Army. He worked in maintenance for most of his life and had been employed by Kissel Dye Factory in Batavia, New York; Dollar Tree in Berwick and Denny's Restaurant in Florida.
Surviving are his two children: Barbara Klinger and her husband, Mark Klinger, Jr., of Berwick; Jason Knouse, of Bloomsburg; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Also surviving are a brother, John Brayley of Haines City, FL; two sisters: Mary Jane Graham and her husband, Randy, of Pavilion, New York and Joyce Eileen Logston and her husband, Douglas, of Pavilion, New York as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
