Charles W. Sheridan, 79, of Monroe Township, NJ died Wednesday, October 12th, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Mr. Sheridan lived in the New Amsterdam Village in Old Bridge, NJ for 30 years before moving to the Rossmoor community in Monroe Township 20 years ago.
He was employed as a fork lift operator for 41 years by the Inland Container Corporation, Spotswood, NJ before retiring in 2008.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Patricia Osborne, his children: Brian Sheridan, Jeffrey, Kelly, Gregory and Jacqueline Osborne, his sister Anne Marie Foster, his fifteen grandchildren and his twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Martin Sheridan in 2003.
A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m., Wednesday October 19th at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Benton, PA. Father Andrew St. Hilaire, Christ the King Catholic Church, will officiate. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 19th at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., 4394 Red Rock Road, Benton.
