Daniel T. Conner

Daniel T. Conner, 68, of Benton died on Friday, January 31, 2025 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born June 22, 1956 in Bloomsburg, PA, the son of Thomas Conner & Gloria (Vansock) Klinger.

Dan graduated from Benton High School, class of 1974. He worked many different jobs throughout his career. Most recently, he was an automotive instructor at the Red Rock Job Core, of which he was very proud. He loved hunting and fishing and was a member of the Fishing Creek Sportsman Club. Dan was also an avid motorcyclist and a Harley Davidson enthusiast. Dan was a free spirit and touched the lives of many, he will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Dan is survived by his loving companion, Rene Walter, his sister; Susan Hartman, his nephews; Brandon and Daniel Hartman, and numerous cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 11AM at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc, 4394 Red Rock Rd, Benton, PA 17814. A visitation will be held at the funeral home the same day from 10AM until the time of the service. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Waller Cemetery in Jackson Township.
