Emmet E. Burgess, 71, of Fairmount Township, died Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 at his home.
Born July 9, 1950 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Wesley E. and Pearl A. (Harvey) Burgess.
Mr. Burgess graduated from High School in Edison, New Jersey. He had worked as a construction worker and logger for most of his working life.
Surviving, are his sister, Tamsie Oliveri, of Shickshinny as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Pepper Burgess.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 28th, 2021 at 10:30 AM at the Bloomingdale Cemetery with Pastor Deb Harvey, officiating.
