Jack L. Albertson

Jack L. Albertson, 78, of Catawissa, died early Wednesday morning, July 3, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.  

Born October 19, 1945 in Bloomsburg, he was a son of the late Donald F. and Lorna J. (Sitler) Albertson.

Jack was a 1963 graduate of Benton High School and had been employed by Milco Industries in Benton and Bloomsburg,  

He was a member of the N. R. A and his hobbies included NASCAR, watching movies, music, helping people, and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are his sister, Linda L. Heerschap and her husband, Bob, of Benton; a niece, Dawn; a great niece, Tonya; a great nephew, Donovan and a great great nephew, Cameron.  

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 at 11 AM at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., 4394 Red Rock Road, Benton (State Route 487) with Pastor Jeff Farley, Stillwater Christian Church, officiating.  Burial will be in the Briar Creek Union Cemetery, Briar Creek Township.  A Viewing will be held Wednesday morning from 10 AM until the time of the service at 11 at McMichael's.  The McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., of Benton, is honored to serve the Albertson Family.  For online condolences or for additional information, please visit our website:  www.mcmichaelfuneralhome.com
