Jarrett M. Bankes, 22, of Lily Lake, died Thursday morning, August 20th, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born February 9, 1998 at the Bloomsburg Hospital, he was a son of Bryan G. and Mariah (Ermisch) Bankes, of rural Nescopeck.
Jarrett was a 2016 graduate of the Columbia Montour Vocational Technical School where he went through the HVAC program. He worked in the HVAC business for a short time and then worked in the family business, The Juice Vaporium in Bloomsburg until the time of his death.
He enjoyed doing Live Action Role Play (L. A. R. P.) and video gaming. Jarrett was an avid hunter and especially enjoyed the moose hunt he went on in Vermont provided by the "Hunt of A Lifetime" Foundation.
Along with his parents, Bryan and Mariah, he is survived by a brother, Dustin G. Bankes; his fiancée, Kayla Laubach; his paternal grandparents: Keith G. and Mary Ann (Hartman) Bankes of Stillwater; his maternal grandmother, Martha Stroble, of Jersey Shore as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Brad Ermisch.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, August 29th, 2020 at 2 PM at the home of his grandparents, Keith and Mary Ann Bankes, 3361 S. R. 487, Stillwater, with the Rev. Dr. David A.
