Judith Lorraine (Sheaffer) Chandler

Judith Lorraine (Sheaffer) Chandler, 84, of Muncy, Lycoming County, died early Monday morning, October 2, 2023, at her home.

Born November 28,1938 in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence Wilbert Sheaffer and Charlotte Geraldine (Brunner) Sheaffer.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Howard Chandler, Sr., on June 1, 2012.

Judy was a graduate of Perry Joint High School in New Bloomfield, PA.

Her hobbies included crocheting, crafts and dining out.  In her younger years, she was a high school drum majorette, enjoyed roller skating and motorcycle riding.  

Surviving are her children:  Gina Elizabeth Stackhouse (Carl), of Benton; Barbrina Ann Chandler (Ronny Jones), of Jacksonville, NC; Thomas Ezell Chandler (Candace Steiner), Caldwell, ID; Douglas Dwight Chandler, of Muncy, PA. Also surviving are a stepson, Paul Howard Chandler, II, of Mechanicsburg, PA.  Her grandchildren:  James Gregory Hartkorn (Shannon), of Benton; Kenneth Michael Hartkorn (Sarah), of NB, Canada; Amy Georgette Marquette (Jacy), of Bloomsburg; Chazz Douglas Chandler (Erin), of Idaho; Cloie Barbrina Chandler, of Idaho.  Great grandchildren include:  Rylan Taylore Hartkorn, Ava Shannon Hartkorn, Vivi Georgina Hartkorn, Gauge Lee Chandler, Rowan Ezell Chandler.
