Linda L. (Breisch) Kesler, 72, of North Centre Township, died early Friday morning, November 15, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.
Born February 10, 1947 in Bloomsburg, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Cordelia (Probst) Breisch. She and her husband, Thomas N. "Tom" Kesler, celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary on May 21st.
Linda attended the former Rupert School and then graduated from Bloomsburg High School, Class of 1965. She had been employed by the Press Enterprise for 20 years.
She and her husband, Tom, had attended the Eyers Grove United Methodist Church. Her hobbies included flea markets, shopping, classic movies and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, Tom, are her two children: Thomas N. Kesler, Jr. and his wife, Terri, of Berwick; Candey Hartman and her husband, Joe, of Benton; three grandchildren: Tyler and Taryn Stone and Easton Hartman; two brothers: Kenneth Breisch, of Delaware and James Breisch and his wife, Nancy, of Bloomsburg and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters: Norman, Duane and Robert Breisch; Helen Yutko and Pearl Bolinsky.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 20th, 2019 at 11 A. M. at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., 4394 Red Rock Road, Benton (S. R. 487). Private Burial will be in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge. A Viewing will be held Wednesday morning from 10 AM until the time of the service at 11 at McMichael's. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Commonwealth Hospice, 109 West Ninth Street, Berwick, PA 18603.
