Michael T. Mulgrew

Michael T. Mulgrew, 64, of Bethel Hill Road, Sweet Valley, died Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Guardian Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Nanticoke.  He had been in declining health for the past several years.

Born June 29, 1958 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Robert and Anna (Bodalski) Mulgrew.

Michael was a graduate of St. John Newman High School in Philadelphia.  He worked as a stevedore (longshoreman) for many years.

He attended Stillwater Christian Church.  He enjoyed being outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing.

Surviving are his siblings:  John Mulgrew, of New Jersey; Eileen Hughes, of California; Anne Marie Mulgrew-Melinchock and her husband, John Melinchock, of Philadelphia; Rosanne Owens and her husband, Charles, of Sweet Valley (with whom he made his home); Robert Mulgrew and his wife, Betsy, of Philadelphia; Patrice McKissick and her husband, James, of Philadelphia; Terrance Mulgrew and his wife, Aiko, of Florida; Virginia Lambe and her husband, Gary, of Philadelphia.  Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Mulgrew.
