Ronald J. Yaron, Jr., 50, of Huntington Township, went to be with our Lord Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born May 24, 1971 in Nanticoke, he was the son of Ronald J. Yaron, Sr. and Catherine "Jane" (Wharton) Yaron, also of Huntington Township. He and his wife, Daisy M. (Gregory) Yaron, would have celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary on April 9th.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents, are four children: Ronald J. "Joe" Yaron, III and his wife, Samantha, of Stillwater; Karissa Yaron, of Sweet Valley; Gabriella and Silvia Yaron, both at home; two granddaughters: Willow and Rylee Yaron and a sister, Tammy Adams and her husband, Ronald, of Hunlock Creek.
He was a graduate of West Side Tech School. Ron, along with his father and son, operated a salvage yard in Huntington Township, sold auto parts and also did towing.
Ron will forever be remembered for being totally outrageous, full of mischief, yet endearing and kind. His unique sense of humor always kept you wondering what he would say next. He loved to entertain, and created insanely humorous videos as "Hot Rod Ron" the junkyard junkie.
Ron was also an amazing husband, father, son, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. If he was not working alongside his father or son, he was spending time with his family and friends. Ron wore the many titles, "Husband, Dad, Son, Pap, Brother, Uncle and Buddy", all with great pride.
Ron was also passionate about his community. He was always willing to help out. He enjoyed donating cars to the Huntington Valley Volunteer Fire Company to aid them in rescue training.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., of Benton is honored to serve the Yaron Family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Huntington Valley Volunteer Fire Company, P. O. Box 51, Huntington Mills, PA 18622.
