Sage Weston Harvey

Sage Weston Harvey, 25, of rural Benton (Sugarloaf Township) died Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born November 14, 1994 at the Bloomsburg Hospital, he was a son of Rodney C. and Margaret A. (Wolever) Harvey, of Benton.

Sage was a 2013 graduate of Benton High School and had been employed by several area businesses. 

He was happiest when hanging out with friends, four-wheeling, fishing and hunting.  He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles football fan and loved to bowl.   

Surviving, in addition to his parents, Rod and Margaret, are his siblings:  Nicholas Kline, of Northumberland; Tanya Volanski and her husband, John, of Benton; Kara Gil and her husband, Andreas, of California; Brittany Kline of Virginia; paternal grandmother, Marlene J. Harvey, of Benton; maternal grandmother, Patsy Wolever, of Northumberland as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, A. Clair Harvey on Dec. 11th, 2019 and his maternal grandfather, Carl Wolever, Sr. on Sept. 12, 2012.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, services will be announced at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sage's memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 4550 Montgomery Ave., Suite 1100 N, Bethesda, MD  20814 or the or the Lung Transplant Foundation, 1249 Kildaire Farm Road, #323, Cary, NC   27511.
