Steven J. "Steve" Sevison, 63, of Huntington Township, Luzerne County, died early Tuesday morning, July 18, 2023 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born March 19, 1960 at the Bloomsburg Hospital, he was a son of Ella Joan (Bonham) Sevison, of Huntington Township and the late Charles L. Sevison, who died July 6, 2018.
Steve was a 1979 graduate of Muhlenberg Christian Academy.
He was employed by power plants in Salem Township, Luzerne County and in Oswego, New York. He also had worked for A. Ferlito Farms in Oswego, New York for 20 years. He was most recently employed by Bonham Nursing Center, Stillwater.
Steve was a member of Calvary Bible Chapel. He was also a member of Ducks Unlimited. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, NASCAR and was a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers' fan.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a daughter, Toni C. Sevison, of Oswego, NY; a step son, Michael A. Pauldine, of Saratoga Springs, NY; his sister, Karen R. Sevison, of Stillwater; his best friend, Mike Nemeth and several other friends that he made during his life's journey. Also surviving is his beloved grand-bulldog, Chloe.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 24th, 2023 at 12 Noon at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., 4394 Red Rock Road, Benton (State Route 487) with Rev. Neil S. Martin, officiating. Burial will be in Scott Cemetery, Huntington Township. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Janet Weis Children's Hospital, Geisinger Medical Center, 100 N. Academy Avenue, Danville, PA 17822.
