Sylvia Ann Robbins

Sylvia Ann Robbins, age 72 of Nescopeck, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at her home.

Born November 20, 1947 in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of the late Levi Whitesell and Bertha (Leonard) Spencer.

She attended the Heritage Baptist Church, Berwick.

Sylvia loved animals, especially horses, chickens and rabbits, she loved to garden and make ceramics.

Preceding her in death along with her parents was a daughter, Rhonda Ann Robbins-Murphy, a brother; Arnold Whitesell and two sisters; Carol Apgar and Pam Eisenhauer.

Surviving is a son:  Nick P. Conti of Nescopeck and his three children; Jessica Conti, Patrick Conti and Elizabeth Conti, a daughter-in-law, Lisa of Bloomsburg, a son in law; Bill Murphy of Carthage, NC and his four children; Ryan wife of Erick Ulrich, Dakota Murphy, Billy Rae wife of  Ricky Whittaker, Jay Murphy; five great grandchildren, Ryker Ulrich, Breckon Ulrich, Rustyn Ulrich, Rylie Murphy, Grey Whittaker,  a sister; Sandy Gray of Shickshinny, two brothers; Eddie Whitesell and wife Nancy of  Mocanaqua, and Ray Spencer and wife Joy of Marshall, NC . 

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, June 26, from 10:00 am-11:00 am at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., 4394 Red Rock Road, Benton (S.R. 487). Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am with Rev. John H. Baumgartner, officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the Mossville Cemetery.
