Terry L. Rhoads, 69, of Sugarloaf Township, and formerly of Annville, died unexpectedly Friday, June 25th, 2021 at his home.
Born April 5, 1952 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, he was a son of Betty (Walters) Rhoads, of Annville and the late John Rhoads. He and his wife, Debra K. (Gibson) Rhoads, celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary on June 21st.
Terry was a graduate of Annville Cleona High School, where he played football. During his working career, he was employed as a truck driver and then for a concrete company until his retirement in 2002.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and spending time in the woods or on his back deck watching wildlife.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, Betty, and his wife, Debra, he is survived by two children: Michael L. Rhoads and his wife, Sharon, of Benton; Shelia A. Davis and her husband, Andrew, of Palmyra; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers: John Rhoads of Annville; Ronnie Rhoads and his wife, Dolores, of Pine Grove and a sister, Connie Longnecker and her husband, Chip, of Annville.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Dale and Rich Rhoads.
Private services will be
held at the convenience of the family. The
McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., of Benton, is honored to serve the Rhoads family.
