Trent R. Karns

Trent R. Karns, 56, of Benton, died early Thursday morning, March 7th, 2019 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. 

Born February 22, 1963 in Bloomsburg, he was a son of B. Kareen (Horn) Karns, a resident of The Gardens at Orangeville, and the late Charles R. Karns.

Trent was a graduate of Benton High School.  He enjoyed mowing lawns for people in the Benton area.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, Kareen, are his brother, Timothy C. Karns, of Stillwater; a niece, Jennifer Walters and a nephew, Jeff Karns as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held Saturday, March 30th at 3 P. M. at the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., 4394 Red Rock Road, Benton with Pastor Scott L. Lyons, Stillwater Christian Church, officiating.  Friends and relatives will be received Saturday, March 30th from 2 PM until the time of the service at 3.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Funeral Home to help defray Trent's final expenses.    For online condolences or for additional information, please visit our website:  www.mcmichaelfuneralhome.com
