Valerie G. (Griffith) Search, 68, of Benton, died early Wednesday morning, May 20th, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born December 4, 1951 in East Orange, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late George and Virginia (Kitchen) Griffith.

Valerie attended Christ United Methodist Church in Central and Benton Christian Church.

She was an animal lover and enjoyed her Harley's.

Surviving are her two children: Eric G. Efird and Heather Efird, both of Benton; five grandchildren: Damien, Vivian, Hera, Ryan and Joshua and a brother, George Griffith.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
